Refund Guidelines

Within 15 days of the delivery date, Items that are unworn, unwashed and with tags attached can be refunded for a store credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of an e-gift cardIf you wish for an exchange of the same style, we will ship exchange free of charge back to you. Follow the instructions to return/exchange your items.

  • All on sale/discount items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sales.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. 
  • Any washed items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
  • If returned items are with makeup, deodorant/ perfume, smoke smell or any similar product stains, we will ship it back to you and shipping cost will be charged at delivery.

  • Have your order number and picture of the damaged item with you. 
  • We will offer you a prepaid shipping label at checkout.

If your return is accepted, we will offer you a prepaid shipping label at checkout. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the item with the e-credit we send you for the new item. We will ship exchange free of charge back to you.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving a e-gift card within 5 business days. If more than 8 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
